From signed agreement to a nurse on-site is typically 4-6 weeks. We handle credentialing, insurance enrollment, parent communications, and the EHR rollout. Schools enrolling for fall semester should start the process by May.
Private schools, charter schools, religious/parochial schools, and public districts. We work best with schools of 100+ students where insurance billing reaches sustainability. Smaller schools can still qualify through a multi-site arrangement.
